PF Classic Magic Mushrooms

The PF Classic Magic Mushrooms Classic strain is named after the legendary mushroom cultivator Robert “Billy” Mcpherson (AKA Psilocybe Fanacticus). Macpherson developed the strain for use in conjunction with his famous “PF Tek” growing method, which he released to the world in 1991. Although it has been “bred” for PF Tek, this strain grows exceptionally well in a variety of mediums, following a variety of “teks” or methods of cultivation.

This strain elicits the “classic” Psilocybe effects, including euphoria, visual stimulation, sensory enhancement/synesthesia, deep introspection, amplified emotion, and often a quite ‘mystical’ or “noetic” quality. This makes it a versatile strain, suitable for either therapeutic or recreational use, and great for beginners to both consume and grow.

Its visual characteristics are often exemplary of an “ideal” Psilocybe Cubensis as well. Large fruiting bodies with thick, long, dense stalks and a beautiful golden reddish cap. It’s flesh readily bruises a deep blue, and its mycelium is exceptionally fast-colonizing, rhizomorphic, and resistant to contamination, due to the decades of isolation/refinement that the genome has undergone. It’s fruits are of moderate/average potency however it is a heavy-yielding and easy to grow strain, making it a great choice for the beginner cultivator or user.
